Robert Marchand, Cycling Records at Age 105

These UpGraded Senior Superstars just keep raising the bar.

Record keeping organizations are having to create new categories and age groups.

That was the case when Robert Marchand, age 105, set the world 1 hour cycling record for the 105+ age group. Apparently, no one had ever attempted a record at that age before.

For those of you not familiar with the hour cycling record, the challenge is to see how far one can ride in exactly one hour.

Mr. Marchand also holds the hour record in the 100+ category and the record for the fastest 100km (62 mile) ride by a rider in the 100+ age group.

Congratulations, Mr. Marchand, on being an UpGraded Senior Superstar!
