How To Stay Fit In Less Time

We seniors know the clock is running.  Anything we can do to “hack” the amount of time it takes to do something is valuable to us Upgrading Seniors.  Here’s a fitness hack for you.

Studies show that 27 minutes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) 3 times a week render the same aerobic and anaerobic improvement as 60 minutes of cardio done 5 times a week.

So, if the fitness result is the same, would you prefer 1 hour and 21 minutes of time spent working out per week, or 5 hours of weekly workout time?

That’s roughly 7.5 days (over a week) per year you can spend doing something other than working out, with no loss in aerobic or anaerobic fitness.
