Tao Porchon-Lynch is a 96 year old active yoga teacher, who’s been teaching yoga for 56 years. In fact, she has been recognized by the Guiness Book of World Records as the world’s oldest yoga teacher.
When Ms. Porchon-Lynch isn’t teaching yoga, she’s doing ballroom dancing. All of this after a hip replacement and a broken wrist.
And, not only is she good at giving advice about physical health, she offers a lot of wisdom about living the best possible life as well.
